General Announcement about the…..

We are pleased to announce that our Annual Company Meeting will be held on Friday, June 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Main Conference Hall at our headquarters. This event marks one of the most important gatherings of the year, where we come together as one organization to reflect on our achievements, realign on strategic goals, and look ahead to an exciting future.

Purpose of the Meeting

The Annual Company Meeting is not just a tradition — it is a cornerstone of our company culture. It provides a platform for transparency, accountability, and connection across all departments and teams. It’s an opportunity for leadership to present the company’s performance over the past fiscal year, share upcoming initiatives, and recognize outstanding contributions by individuals and teams. Most importantly, it’s a chance for every employee to hear directly from the executive team and to ask questions that matter.

This year, the meeting will be centered around the theme: “Building the Future Together.” This reflects our continued commitment to innovation, teamwork, and sustainable growth. As we transition into a new phase of development, your participation, feedback, and presence are more important than ever.

Meeting Agenda

To make the most of our time together, the meeting will follow a structured agenda. Highlights include:

Welcome and Opening Remarks – delivered by CEO Jane Mitchell

2024 Year in Review – a presentation of financials, performance metrics, and company highlights

Strategic Roadmap for 2025–2026 – goals, priorities, and upcoming projects

Employee Recognition Ceremony – honoring team and individual excellence

Live Q&A Session – an open floor for questions from employees

Special Guest Speaker – industry expert Dr. Leonard Price on “Resilience in the Modern Workplace”

Closing Remarks – wrapping up with key takeaways and next steps

A more detailed schedule will be sent out in a follow-up email and posted on the internal portal.

Attendance and Participation

All employees — whether full-time, part-time, hybrid, or remote — are expected to attend. For remote team members, a livestream link will be provided in advance, along with a secure chat platform to participate in the Q&A segment.

Managers are encouraged to help their teams prepare by adjusting work schedules to allow full participation. Attendance will be logged, and departments with full attendance will be recognized with a special team reward.

If for any reason you are unable to attend, please notify HR by May 24, 2025 so we can ensure all questions or concerns are addressed.
